Reno Edge connects homeowners through Find My Builder with experienced renovation builders suited to their project, budget and expectations.
For homeowners who aren't yet ready to approach builders, we also offer personalised planning and design coordination, drawing on our construction industry experience and network of trusted professionals.
Whether you have completed plans or are just getting started, our approach is tailored to your renovation.
How do you select the builders in your network?

Every builder in the Reno Edge network is someone I've worked with professionally and come to know over several years. I understand their workmanship, experience, approach to projects. All builders are appropriately licensed and insured, and I only recommend builders I'd be comfortable putting my own reputation behind.
Does it cost anything to use Reno Edge?

Builder introductions and ongoing support are free for homeowners.
Our Planning & Design Coordination service provides independent guidance and access to experienced industry professionals, helping you make informed decisions and move your project towards construction. A fee applies, with all costs explained upfront and a partial refund if you sign a building contract with a Reno Edge builder.
Fees charged by designers, engineers and other professionals are separate.
Will the builder's referral fee increase the cost of my renovation?

Builders in the Reno Edge network understand they're competing for your project, often against other builders outside the network. That means they still need to provide competitive, commercially realistic quotes to secure the work. While I can't guarantee how an individual builder structures their pricing, the referral fee doesn't change the importance of delivering genuine value to you.
Am I obligated to use a builder introduced by Reno Edge?

Not at all. My role is to introduce you to builders I believe are well suited to your project, giving you the opportunity to meet them, discuss your renovation and assess whether they're the right fit. The final decision is entirely yours, with no obligation or pressure to proceed.
Do I need construction plans before contacting Reno Edge?

No. Whether you're still exploring ideas, working with a designer or architect, or have completed plans ready for quoting, I'm happy to discuss your project. If you're in the early stages, I can also help point you towards suitable designers, architects and other industry professionals to get things moving in the right direction.
Will Reno Edge support me throughout the renovation process?

Absolutely. My involvement doesn't necessarily end once you've selected a builder. I'll stay in touch throughout your renovation and be available to offer informal guidance on matters such as building materials, product selections and general construction questions. I'm not your project manager or building supervisor, but I can be another experienced point of contact when you need one.
What types of renovation projects does Reno Edge specialise in?

Reno Edge focuses on substantial residential renovations and extensions throughout Brisbane & surrounds, particularly projects involving significant alterations to existing homes. This includes character home renovations, major internal transformations, extensions, lift & build under, and complete home renovations. The service isn't designed for minor repairs, small cosmetic upgrades or new home builds.
