A fee applies for this Planning & Design Coordination, with a partial refund available when you sign a building contract with a Reno Edge builder. All costs are discussed upfront, with no obligation to proceed.

Will the referral fee increase the cost of my renovation?

Builders within the Reno Edge network understand that they're competing for your project, potentially against builders outside the network. They remain responsible for preparing their own quote and pricing the project competitively. Reno Edge does not add a fee or charge to your building contract.
Am I obligated to use a builder you introduce me to?

Not at all. There’s absolutely no obligation to proceed with any builder I introduce you to. The final decision is always yours, and I want you to feel completely comfortable and confident with the builder you choose.
Do I need completed plans before getting in touch?

No. You don't need plans to start the conversation. What matters is that you've made the decision to renovate and are genuinely preparing to move your project forward.
How do you decide which builders to recommend?
